Pinnacle Martial Arts teaches practical self defense rooted in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and wrestling. This is not choreographed moves against a compliant partner — it is pressure-tested technique that works under stress.
Our self defense curriculum focuses on the scenarios most likely to happen in real life: being grabbed, pinned, or attacked by a larger person. You will learn how to create distance, control an attacker, and get to safety.
The program is open to men and women of all fitness levels. You do not need to be in shape to start — you will get in shape by training. Many of our students came to us specifically for self defense and stayed because they fell in love with the training.
